New Name, Same Cause: Introducing the Water Warrior Foundation

Hello to our incredibly supportive community,

We have some big news that we're thrilled to share with you all. Our charity, Next Door Worldwide, is taking an exciting new step forward by separating into two individual charities: 'Next Door Inc.' and the 'Water Warrior Foundation'. This decision comes from our continuous desire to serve our community better and make our missions even clearer. 

From our inception, we've focused on a dual mission: providing clean water to those in need abroad and fostering a robust and engaged community at home. Our 'Do Hard Things' motto has fueled fundraisers, fitness events, and community initiatives, all while bringing people from our local community to third world countries. We've witnessed first-hand the transformative impact these experiences have on the lives of people in these communities. 

Going forward, the Water Warrior Foundation will focus exclusively on our international clean water initiatives. Since our journey began, every single donation received has contributed to improving access to clean water for those who need it most. We wish to assure you that this will not change. Every public donation will continue to fuel this cause directly, while overhead costs will be covered by generous private donors.

On the other hand, Next Door Inc. will concentrate on strengthening our home community. By fostering relationships with schools, students, and individuals eager to 'Do Hard Things', we aim to create a vibrant community that stands for more than just themselves. The annual 'treks' abroad will continue, providing unforgettable experiences and emphasizing the importance of contributing to causes greater than ourselves.

We are so deeply appreciative of your continued support over the last two years. Your generosity and enthusiasm have been the heartbeat of our mission, and we are incredibly excited about what the future holds for our community and our newly defined charities. We can't wait to continue to grow, create more impact, and help more people – together!
